If you fill in the inquiry form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, dates and message you type into it. That is all. We do not ask for payment details through this website and you should never send card numbers by email.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your inquiry — to check availability, quote you a rate, and arrange your stay. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is delivered by email to the innkeepers. It passes through the hosting and email services that run this website, which process it on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to look after your booking and our own records. If you would like us to delete yours, email applewoodusa@hotmail.com and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that records aggregate page views so we know which pages are useful. It does not build a profile of you.
